I’ll need your name, phone number, and email/business site in addition to one of the following:
2) A picture of yourself holding your photo ID in the frame of the camera lens. You may redact any information you choose except your name and date of birth.
3) A reference from a previous provider: their name and contact info.
Please be courteous and let them know I’ll be reaching out. Once we get all this established, I do require a phone call. I always like to hear the voice behind the text.
